A very rainy day it ended up to be. We were headed out to go see the pow wow. We did not make it; as soon as I snapped that photo, the skies opened up. We decided to just go back home. Good decision, it rained almost the whole day.
On the many Saturdays we spent at the farmer”s market in Georgetown ,TX. Those were awesome times. She would leave every saturday we went, with a bouwuet of Sunflowers. She loved Sunflowers. May you have plenty now mom. Love you.
Morning coffee on the patio. We used to do that alot when I was in San Angelo, not so much in Austin, due to my working schedules. We would have the occasional time on the patio with wine in the afternoon though. These are the moments that enriched my life; her words of wisdom flowing throughout me. Yes mom, I did hear what you were saying. Love you.
Granted she was not always the best to get along with, she was an amazing woman. I loved her regardless of things that was hard. And she loved us. She was strong in heart and spirit, and she stood up for what was right. May you have eternal peace mom. You were and still are loved by many.
It was a great day. We had wine, and we were listening to some groovin’ tunes. Mom loved her wine. Moments of my life I will keep dear. Much love mom.
Walks along the dam of life. One of the best places we walked, but also one of which you had to be careful, due to snakes and other critters and wild life. These were fun times. Miss you mom.
At this asian restaurant waiting… nuff said.
